Terms of sale

By placing an order on holybeanisland.com you agree to these terms. The shop is run by Misoba Arts, an individual creator. Questions: contact@holybeanisland.com.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the United States. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order, by our print partner. Delivery times on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses only at checkout. See shipping for details and for requesting a quote outside the US.

Replacements and refunds

Because items are made to order we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, misprinted or lost items are replaced or refunded as described in replacements.

Payment

Payments are processed by PayPal. We don’t see or store your full card details.

Artwork and intellectual property

All artwork, characters and text on this site belong to Misoba Arts. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to copy or resell the artwork.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can’t be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. Last updated: November 4, 2026.
