Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States only for now, and shipping is free. The price you see is the price you pay. There is no shipping line added at checkout.

How long it takes

Everything is made to order, so it leaves the workshop a few days after you order. You’ll get a tracking link by email once it ships. Usual delivery times after you order:

• Mugs: 7–10 days
• Pillows: 7–12 days
• Posters: 10–16 days

Each product page shows the estimate for that item. Holidays and busy seasons can add a few days.

Several items in one order

Items are made and shipped by our print partners and may be printed in different places. If you order more than one thing, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Outside the US

Checkout accepts US addresses only. If you’d like to order from somewhere else, you can request a quote: orders of $60 or more are available on request. We work out the shipping and send you a secure PayPal invoice. Write to us at contact@holybeanisland.com with what you’d like and where it’s going.

Wrong address or a delay?

If you spot a mistake in your address, write to us right away at contact@holybeanisland.com with your order number. Once an item is printed we can’t always change where it goes. If your parcel is late or lost, see replacements.
