This explains what we collect when you use holybeanisland.com and why. The shop is run by Misoba Arts, an individual creator. Questions: contact@holybeanisland.com.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you ordered.
• Payment: handled by PayPal on its own page. Your card details never reach this site and we don’t store them.
• Your bag: the items in your bag are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they stay if you move between pages. We don’t send them anywhere until you check out.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

Who we share it with

• PayPal processes payments and may keep records as required by law.
• Printful, our print and fulfilment partner, receives your name, shipping address, and order contents so it can make and ship your order. It may share them with the carrier.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and may log technical data such as IP address for security and delivery.

We don’t sell your personal information and we don’t run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to handle replacements, taxes and accounting, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Write to contact@holybeanisland.com. You can clear your bag at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser’s site data.

Children

The shop is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
